BBC Planet Dinosaur Tour
If you are enjoying the spectacular Planet Dinosaur series on BBC One, why not come to Techniquest for your opportunity to take part in the dinosaur experience and build a large-scale reproduction of a giant dinosaur.
The amazing BBC Planet Dinosaur Tour will be coming to Techniquest from Tuesday 15 to Sunday 20 November. The BBC and Techniquest will be encouraging visitors to take their own investigative journey into the fascinating world of prehistory and palaeontology
At the dinosaur experience you will have the opportunity to build one of six, 2.5 metre long, 1.2 metre high Spinosaurus’, the largest ever known predator, learn more about the dinosaurs in the TV series and participate in additional activities.
Visitors will also have the chance to play interactive dinosaur computer games. Places for these timed sessions are limited and will be available on a first come, first served basis. Up to six people can build a dinosaur at any one time. Due to small parts, the Planet Dinosaur sessions are not suitable for children under the age of 7.
